And we wanna make sure you're not missing out on any of the goodness! That's why we've put together a quick breakdown of what our Dev team released this past month. So, keep on reading to stay in the loop about all the cool stuff we've got going on.

Let's dive in!

🚀 What’s New in May 2024

Forms 2.0 - Automatically Limit Popups to Single Page(s)

We've enhanced Patch Forms 2.0 with a new feature that allows you to display a Form Popup on a single page instead of all pages on your website. This gives you more control over where your forms appear, making them more targeted and effective.

Dashboards - Total Contacts

Your account's total contacts are now included in various Dashboard cards. This means you can easily see how many contacts are in your account without navigating to the Contacts management page.

Home Dashboard - ‘Contacts’ Card

  • Total Contacts: All contacts in your database (including those deleted during the current billing month, which will fall off the following month).
  • New Contacts: All newly added contacts within the selected timeframe.

Marketing Dashboard - ‘Contacts’ Card

The previous ‘Contacts Added by Hour of Day’ is now just ‘Contacts,’ which accounts for both hourly stats as well as ‘Total Contacts’ and ‘New Contacts’.

Note: For Parent/Child account types, the parent account total count will be greater in the Contacts module than in the Dashboards because the Contacts module includes all Child account data. Dashboards on a Parent account do not include Child account data.

🛠 Most Impactful Bug Fixes

  • SmartLinks: SmartLinks generated from all tools, including Forms, Waivers, and SmartOffers, now include an additional character string to identify the relationship between parent and child accounts.
  • Dashboards: Some dashboard cards were not automatically refreshing; this has been fixed.
  • Waivers: The dropdown selector option for yes/no type advanced fields now functions as expected.
  • Automations: An error preventing the Create Report block from running is now fixed.
  • Email Alias: Forwarding for Email Alias is now working again for all accounts.

🌟 Feature Updates & Improvements

  • Support for Object Fields: Object field data is now stored on the contact and displays as expected on the contact profile in P7. Object fields are useful for accounts that need the ability to include sub-contact info, such as for Parent/Minor relationships.

We're committed to continuously improving and expanding our offerings to provide you with the best possible experience. Stay tuned for more updates and thank you for being a part of the Patch community!
